Noras Hjemmelaget Jordbærsyltetøy – Strawberry Jam 400g
A delicious, thick set jam made from sweet Norwegian strawberries. The colder climate in Norway means the berries have a longer ripening period, leading to exceptionally sweet and juicy strawberries – and an excellent strawberry jam as a result. We love this jam on freshly made bread or with brown cheese, also great in baking – try it in ‘Blotekake’, the Norwegian version of a Victoria sponge.
